KOJ interiors recently completed its healthcare project, Dr.Roze & Associates Dental Clinic, at DIFC. Palates of white and grey were used to reflect the client's preference of French styled interiors to create a concept of warmth and comfort for its patients.

With the clinic's dentistry and biomedicine team, both functioning from this office, special care was taken to use antibacterial vinyl flooring, paint, and other allied easy to clean finishes which had zero volatile organic compounds in it.

The clinic which included radiology rooms, dental treatment rooms, male & female waiting areas, managers office, and blood collection rooms was a complete design and build project undertaken by KOJ Interiors wherein all the joinery work was done at their facility in Ras Al Khaimah

Client first is our philosophy.

When we promise we deliver hence despite the movement restrictions during the difficult time of COVID, we delivered this project on time.

Designed by Keane Brands the existing kitchen was demolished and transformed into this high-end restaurant, which also served as an entertaining dining area for the client’s senior management.

The project faced many challenges, such as gaining a NOC from relevant authorities to allow the use of a crane to lift the 6,500kg HVAC units onto the roof, six penetrations in the roof to allow the ducting to pass into the building, etc.

Along with these challenges, there were also occasions of cloud seeding that we had to face. Shipments from China, Italy, Germany, and the USA had to be managed while adhering to the UAE government’s lockdown restrictions.

Against all these odds, this kitchen project's fit-out was done, including the mechanical, electrical, plumbing, and kitchen equipment as the scope of work.

When the toy giant, LEGO partnered with KOJ – the official franchise partner of LEGO in Saudi to bring their first official concept store to life, we were delighted to embark on this prestigious project.⁣
⁣
KOJ Interiors didn’t just build the environment; but was also responsible for the full turnkey solution for this project. It included installing all shell and core works, as well as mechanical, electrical, fixtures and fittings ready for handover as a working unit for the LEGO teams to trade from.⁣

Especially for this location, the LEGO Group had commissioned two models – a large-scale 3D model of a Saudi family and Jeddah’s iconic Old Souk as a mosaic. Located in Red Sea Mall in Jeddah, the store promises to bring the LEGO play experience to even more families in the region, inspiring their imagination and helping them to learn through play⁣

A clip of our restaurant fit out work for Taqado Central Park Towers, DIFC. From the furniture, fixtures, to signage, wood was a prominent material used for all the joineries. Interesting design elements like the Nacho Libre themed wall art and Coca Cola light fixture also added to the quirky theme of this foodie hotspot -- all completed in just 38 days!

Wood furniture and fixture, and plant hangers gave warmth to this space, complemented by an outdoor seating area that overlooks the waters of Palm View East​.
