KOJ Interiors delivered a premium Young Guests’ Discovery Lounge for an architectural icon in Dubai, creating a vibrant hospitality environment designed for children, families, and resort experiences.

Spanning approximately 1,800 sqm, the project was completed within an intensive 8-week timeline, requiring precise planning, fast-track coordination, and high-quality execution. The space was developed to support play, activity, comfort, safety, and visual engagement while maintaining the elevated design standards expected within a luxury resort setting.

From detailed finishes and custom joinery to coordinated interior fit-out works, KOJ Interiors delivered an environment that balances imagination, durability, and craftsmanship while reflecting the premium character of the hotel.

Challenge

The project required KOJ Interiors to deliver a large-scale children’s hospitality space within a fast-track programme of just 8 weeks.

The main challenge was to balance creativity, safety, durability, and luxury finish quality within a highly active resort environment. Every element needed to be suitable for younger guests while still reflecting the refined standards.

The space demanded close coordination between interior detailing, MEP services, specialist finishes, joinery, lighting, and site execution to ensure the final result was both functional and visually engaging.

The Young Guests’ Discovery Lounge was completed with durable materials, refined finishes, child-friendly detailing, and a playful design language suited to a luxury hospitality environment. Custom joinery, wall finishes, flooring, ceiling elements, and MEP coordination were executed to support both daily resort operations and long-term performance.
