Corporate Banking: financial headquarters fit-out
A refined office fit-out for a financial headquarters within a commercial tower. Custom joinery, specialist finishes, lighting, flooring and coordinated MEP services were delivered within a controlled execution programme, creating a modern banking workplace aligned with the bank’s corporate identity.
The Auditorium: premium corporate interior
An auditorium and surrounding office spaces across approximately 3,000 sqm, delivered within an active banking environment. The scope covered interior fit-out works, ID coordination, MEP integration, joinery, wall finishes, ceilings and flooring, with the auditorium executed for visibility, comfort, acoustic performance and presentation flow.
The Airport Lounge at Abu Dhabi International Airport
The refurbishment of a lounge of approximately 60,000 sq ft, balancing luxury hospitality standards, airport regulations and Estidama standards for sustainable materials. When the terminal became operational midway through the works, the team adapted to new access conditions and operational controls through regular coordination meetings with the client, airport authorities, consultants and construction teams.
