Delivery during term breaks and inside live campuses

School fit out works best when it follows the school calendar. We plan major works for summer, winter and spring breaks, and phase works inside live campuses zone by zone, with agreed working hours, separate site access, screened work areas and clean, inspected handover of each zone before students return. Close coordination with the school's operations and safeguarding teams keeps the campus calm and running smoothly.

Safety and approvals

Safety: every school project follows our ISO 45001:2018 occupational health and safety system, with site inductions, controlled access and daily safety checks. Approvals: we prepare and follow up submissions to building management, the relevant municipality and Civil Defence. We also coordinate with the school's licensing requirements under KHDA in Dubai and ADEK in Abu Dhabi. Materials: fire-rated finishes, safe glazing, durable surfaces and accessible design are specified from the start.

Design for learning

Good learning spaces support focus, collaboration and wellbeing. We plan layouts for flexible teaching, natural light and acoustic comfort, choose robust, easy-care finishes for daily use, and integrate lighting, air quality, power and data so technology works quietly in the background. Yes. Choose Design & Build for one team from concept to handover, or Build Only when your architect's drawings are approved.

Which approvals does a school fit out need?
