Story

KOJ Interiors delivered a premium hospitality interior fit-out, a contemporary Emirati hospitality space in Dubai. The project covered approximately 1,400 sqm, bringing together hospitality detailing, refined finishes, and coordinated execution within a distinctive hospitality environment.

The concept celebrates Emirati hospitality through a modern guest experience, blending traditional character with contemporary interpretation. KOJ Interiors’ role was to translate that sense of warmth, culture, and refinement into a built environment that supports both guest experience and operational performance.

From guest areas and feature finishes to back-of-house coordination and technical integration, every element was delivered with attention to atmosphere, durability, and detail. The result is a polished hospitality space that feels welcoming, crafted, and deeply connected to the venue’s identity.

Challenge

The project required KOJ Interiors to deliver a high-quality hospitality fit-out across approximately 1,400 sqm, while maintaining the balance between cultural character, hospitality comfort, and technical functionality.

The key challenge was to create an environment that felt warm and expressive, yet refined enough for a premium hospitality destination. The space required close coordination between architectural finishes, MEP services, lighting, joinery, back-of-house interfaces, circulation, and guest-facing details.

Every element needed to support the rhythm of daily operations while preserving the atmosphere and design intent of the contemporary Emirati hospitality concept.

Solution

KOJ Interiors executed the project with a focus on coordination, finish quality, and hospitality detailing. The team managed the fit-out works across the hospitality environment, aligning interior finishes, joinery, MEP integration, ceiling works, wall treatments, flooring, and site execution.

The completed space supports a refined guest experience through carefully finished surfaces, durable materials, and a warm interior language suited to hospitality operations. Each area was delivered to enhance guest comfort, service flow, and the overall identity as a contemporary Emirati hospitality space in Dubai.
